Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which fees paid to Leadva may be refunded. It applies to all clients of Leadva, operated by Anton Vogt, based in Mauritius.

1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

The setup fee funds the initial discovery work, message sequence drafting, system configuration, voice tuning, testing, and integration setup. This work is performed in the first 7–10 days of the engagement and represents a substantial portion of our operational cost per client.

By paying the setup fee, you acknowledge that this work is delivered regardless of whether you proceed with the ongoing service.

2. Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are not refundable for partial months.

If you cancel mid-cycle:

• The service continues for the remainder of the billing period.
• No prorated refund is issued.
• Future months are not billed once notice is received.

3. Annual Prepayments

If you have paid for 12 months in advance (10% discount) and you cancel before the end of the term:

• Used months are billed at the standard monthly rate (not the discounted rate).
• Any remaining balance after that calculation is refunded.

4. Pilot Trials

Qualifying clinics may receive a 14-day free pilot at our discretion. If you choose not to convert to a paid plan after the pilot:

• No fees are charged.
• All test data is deleted within 30 days.

If you convert to a paid plan, the setup fee becomes due before the production system goes live.

5. Service Level Disruptions

If Leadva fails to deliver service for more than 7 consecutive days due to a fault on our side (excluding third-party outages beyond our control), you are entitled to a prorated credit against your next invoice equal to the days of outage.

This is the sole remedy for service disruptions.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us directly first. Initiating a chargeback before allowing us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and immediate termination.
