What if it says something wrong or off-brand?

How does it work with my existing booking system?
Leadva sits alongside your booking system — it doesn't replace it. We integrate with Airtable, Google Sheets, or your existing CRM to read lead data and log activity. For bookings, every message directs patients to your existing booking link (Cal.com, Calendly, Pabau, Cliniko, whatever you already use).
What about patient data and GDPR?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in EU data centres, and processed under a signed Data Processing Agreement with your clinic. We never sell, share, or use patient data for any purpose other than running your follow-up sequences. AI providers (Anthropic) process messages under their own enterprise-grade privacy terms — your data is never used to train models.
How long does setup actually take?
About a week from kickoff call to live. The timeline:

We give you a 30-day handover during which the system keeps running and we hand back all message templates and data. If you want to pause rather than cancel, that's also an option.

Leadva is founded and operated by Anton Vogt, based in Mauritius. Every client works directly with Anton — there is no support queue and no offshore team. Account changes, questions, and technical adjustments are handled personally, with same-day response during business hours. The underlying infrastructure is built on enterprise-grade tooling: Claude by Anthropic for AI messaging, n8n for workflow orchestration, and EU-hosted servers for data residency and compliance.
